Suny Group Solar Double-Glass Panel Recycling Line is a specialized recycling system designed for processing retired and damaged double-glass photovoltaic modules. Unlike traditional PV panels, double-glass modules contain two layers of tempered glass, making dismantling and material separation more challenging. Suny Group’s line adopts a fully automated process that begins with frame removal and junction-box separation, followed by precise delamination equipment that gently separates the dual-glass structure without causing excessive breakage.
After delamination, the materials enter a multi-stage shredding, crushing, and milling system to reduce the glass, silicon, encapsulant, and metals into controlled particle sizes. Advanced airflow separation, magnetic separation, and electrostatic separation technologies are then applied to achieve high-purity recovery of glass, silicon powder, aluminum, copper, and silver. The recovered glass purity can reach up to 99%, making it suitable for reuse in construction materials and glass manufacturing.
The entire line is managed by a PLC + HMI smart control system, offering real-time monitoring, stable operation, and easy maintenance.
