The Solar Panel Recycling Canada project began when we received a detailed inquiry from a Canadian customer seeking a complete recycling solution for end-of-life solar panels. Due to the rapid growth of PV installations in Canada, the customer urgently needed a high-efficiency and environmentally friendly recycling line. After receiving the inquiry, our technical team immediately arranged an online meeting to understand the client’s processing capacity, factory layout, electrical standards, and local environmental regulations.

Through several rounds of communication, including process confirmation, layout design, and material recovery analysis, the customer expressed strong confidence in our solution. To further evaluate the equipment quality, the customer decided to visit our factory in China. During the visit, we organized a full inspection tour, demonstrated the complete recycling process, and conducted live testing of the crushing, separation, and purification systems. The customer highly recognized the performance and stability of the equipment. On the same day, both parties finalized the contract details, including capacity requirements, delivery schedule, payment terms, and after-sales service arrangements.

Once production began, our manufacturing team strictly followed Canadian standards. We provided the customer with regular progress reports, covering welding, assembly, painting, electrical installation, and internal testing. After multiple rounds of factory testing, the equipment met all performance criteria and was prepared for shipment. We arranged ocean transportation to the designated Canadian port and handled all logistics documentation smoothly.

Upon arrival, our engineers traveled to Canada for on-site installation and commissioning. From equipment positioning, wiring, and safety checks to complete line testing, our team ensured every step complied with local safety and environmental standards. After fine-tuning the system, the solar panel recycling line began full operation.
